Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective from 31 October 2026

E-product sells digital products only. No physical item is shipped, no courier is used, and there are no shipping charges.

1. What you receive

A 30-page nutrition kit PDF with healthy recipes, simple meal plans and everyday diet tips, delivered to your IMO or WhatsApp. Pick the pack size you need — no physical shipping. The file is sent as a PDF that opens on any phone or computer.

2. How orders are delivered

After Razorpay confirms your payment, we send the PDF to the IMO ID or WhatsApp / mobile number you entered at checkout.

3. Delivery time

• Orders are delivered within 30 minutes to 24 hours after payment, every day of the week.
• Most orders are delivered well within this time. Delays can happen in rare cases, for example a messaging-app outage or a payment that needs extra verification.
• If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery area

We deliver to customers across India. Delivery is digital, so your location does not affect the delivery time.

5. Tracking your order

You receive an order ID immediately after payment. Enter it, or the mobile number you paid with, under Track order to see the latest status: Paid, then Delivered. We mark the order Delivered as soon as the file is sent.

6. Did not receive your order?

If your order shows “Delivered” but you cannot find it, or it has not arrived in the time above, contact us on WhatsApp or call +91 63823 71168 with your order ID. We respond within 2 hours and resend the file at no cost.
