These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of e-product.shop (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from E-product. The Website is owned and operated by Kamal Srinivasan, an individual business, at S/O Srinivasan, No 19/22, Patchaiyan Kadu, Vedaranyam Taluka, Vedaranyam, Maraignanallur, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu 614810, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Our product

• A 30-page nutrition kit PDF with healthy recipes, simple meal plans and everyday diet tips, delivered to your IMO or WhatsApp. Pick the pack size you need — no physical shipping.
• All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
• Each pack is shown on the Website with its quantity and final price before you pay.

2. Health and nutrition disclaimer

• Our content is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or qualified dietitian.
• Consult a doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have food allergies.
• Check every recipe's ingredients for allergens before cooking. Results differ from person to person, and we do not promise any specific health outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Packs range from ₹30 to ₹17,550. There are no hidden or extra charges.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms a successful payment. You receive an order ID immediately after payment.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.

5. Information you provide

• You must enter a correct IMO ID or mobile number at checkout (a WhatsApp number is optional). We deliver to exactly what you enter.
• If you entered a wrong detail, contact us right away. If the order has not been delivered yet, we will correct it at no cost.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery, or delivery to the wrong person, caused by incorrect details entered by you.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered digitally on IMO / WhatsApp within 30 minutes to 24 hours after payment. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any order before it is delivered for a full refund. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you also get a full refund. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Order acceptance

We may refuse or cancel an order if the payment appears fraudulent or unauthorised, if the details provided are invalid, or if we cannot fulfil it. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Licence and acceptable use

• When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for yourself and your household.
• You may not resell, copy, publish, share publicly or distribute the product without our written permission.
• You may not misuse the Website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our products, including text, recipes, layouts, design and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable law. Payment brand names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and only indicate accepted payment methods.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as network, power or messaging-app outages, natural disasters or government action.

12. Grievance redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is Kamal Srinivasan. Email kamal6382371168@gmail.com or call +91 63823 71168. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India. Please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
